- mushrooms (50g)
- tomatoes (50g)
- cheese (30g)
- smoked salmon (30g)
🍳 How to cook (1 serving):
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
Wash and slice 1 cup of mushrooms, dice 1 medium tomato, and shred 1/2 cup of cheese. Cut 3 ounces of smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2: Cook the Mushrooms
