  • flour (125g)
  • milk (250g)
  • eggs (100g)
  • butter (50g)
  • sugar (10g)
  • salt (1g)

Prepare the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter until smooth. The batter should be a thin consistency.

Heat the Pan

Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

Cook the Crepe

Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.

Serve

Fill with your favorite fillings such as Nutella, fresh fruit, cheese, or ham. Fold or roll the crepe and serve immediately.
