  • flour (50g)
  • salt (5g)
  • yogurt (100g)
  • oil (20g)

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

Peel and grate 2 large potatoes. Finely chop 1 small onion and 2 cloves of garlic. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onion, garlic, 1 beaten egg, 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.

Step 2: Form Patties

Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into a patty. Repeat until all the mixture is used up.

Step 3: Cook Patties

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Step 4: Prepare Yogurt Sauce
