  • flour (20g)
  • butter (14g)
  • sugar (8g)
  • egg (5g)
  • iced lemonade (240g)
  • water (200g)
  • lemon juice (30g)
  • sugar (10g)

Croissants

1. In a bowl, combine 4 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt. 2. Gradually cut in 1 cup of cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. 3. In a separate bowl, dissolve 2 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast in 1 cup of warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes. 4. Stir the yeast mixture into the flour mixture until it forms a dough. 5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, then let it rest for 1 hour. 6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, fold it into thirds, and let it rest for another 30 minutes. 7. Repeat the rolling and folding process three more times, with 30-minute rests in between. 8. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 9. Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles, roll each triangle from the base to the tip, forming a crescent shape. 10. Place the croissants on a baking sheet, let them rise for 30 minutes, then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Iced Lemonade

1. In a pitcher, combine 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 4 cups of cold water. 2. Stir until the sugar has dissolved completely. 3. Add 2 cups of ice cubes and stir until well chilled. 4. Serve in glasses with additional lemon slices for garnish.
