  • flatbread (100g)
  • grilled tomatoes (50g)
  • grilled onions (50g)
  • grilled bell peppers (50g)
  • fresh herb salad (100g)
  • french fries (150g)
  • tzatziki sauce (50g)

Grilled Beef Kofta Kebabs

Combine ground beef with finely chopped onions, garlic, parsley, coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form around skewers. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through.

Chicken Skewers

Marinate chicken breast pieces in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and a mix of spices like cumin, turmeric, and coriander. Skewer and grill until golden and cooked through.

Flatbread

Combine flour, warm water, yeast, and salt. Knead until smooth. Let it rise, then divide and roll into disks. Cook on a hot griddle until puffed and slightly charred.

Grilled Vegetables

Slice tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill until charred and tender.

Fresh Chopped Salad
