🍳 How to cook (1 serving):
Ingredients
3 large eggs 60 grams smoked salmon, thinly sliced 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice 2 slices of bread 1 tablespoon butter for bread
Step 1: Prepare the egg mixture
In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
Step 2: Cook the omelette
