  • fish (200g)
  • banosh porridge (150g)
  • tomato (100g)
  • cucumber (100g)

🍳 How to cook (4 servings):

Cooking Time: 25 minutesPreperation Time: 15 minutes

Banosh Preparation

1. In a pot, bring water or milk to a gentle boil. 2. Slowly whisk in cornmeal, continuously stirring to avoid lumps. 3. Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally. 4. Add a generous amount of butter and optionally some cheese, stirring until combined and creamy. 5. Season with salt to taste.

Fish Preparation

1. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 3. Cook the fish until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes on each side. 4. Remove from pan and let it rest.

Vegetable Preparation

1. Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers. 2. Arrange them on the plate as a fresh side dish.

Assemble the Dish

1. Serve the creamy banosh on the plate. 2. Place the cooked fish on top of the banosh. 3. Add the fresh tomato and cucumber slices on the side. 4. Optionally garnish with fresh dill or parsley.
