- rice (200g)
- bell peppers (50g)
- broccoli (50g)
- chicken (100g)
- mushroom dumplings (100g)
- cream sauce (30g)
🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
1. Cook 2 cups of rice and let it cool. 2. Chop 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 carrot, and 1 bell pepper. 3. Beat 2 eggs. 4. Prepare frozen or fresh dumplings (about 12 pieces).
Step 2: Cook the Dumplings
1. In a large pan or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. 2. Add the dumplings and cook until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Fried Rice
1. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. 2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender. 3. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked. 4. Add the cooked rice to the pan, mixing everything together. 5. Season with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (optional). Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4: Combine and Serve
1. Add the cooked dumplings back into the pan and gently mix them with the fried rice. 2. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions or cilantro if desired.
