1. 500g lamb, cut into cubes 2. 2 tablespoons olive oil 3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice 4. 2 cloves garlic, minced 5. 1 teaspoon ground cumin 6. 1 teaspoon ground coriander 7. 1 teaspoon paprika 8. Salt and pepper, to taste 9. Skewers
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. 2. Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and mix well to coat the meat in the marinade. 3.
