- lasagna noodles (150g)
- mushrooms (100g)
- peas (100g)
- mozzarella cheese (100g)
- tomato sauce (200g)
- ricotta cheese (100g)
- parmesan cheese (50g)
- olive oil (20g)
- onion (50g)
- garlic (10g)
🍳 How to cook (6 servings):
Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauce Preparation
1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until translucent. 2. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and become tender. 3. Stir in peas and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. 4. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Assembly

Baking
1. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. 2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly. 3. Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before serving.
