Prepare the Meatballs
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef, 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. 3.
