Preparation

Begin with washing all the vegetables (cauliflower, bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, leek or green onion, tomato). Then, cut them into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and chop the onions and herbs finely. Set all prepared ingredients aside.

Stir-Frying
