- flour (125g)
- milk (240g)
- egg (50g)
- butter (14g)
- baking powder (7g)
- sugar (12g)
- salt (1.5g)
🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, beat 1 large egg and then whisk in 1 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Some lumps are okay.
Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with butter or oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 2 more minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve
Serve the pancakes warm with your choice of toppings such as maple syrup, fresh berries, or whipped cream.
