Prepare the Dough

1. In a bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 packet of yeast, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. 2. Gradually add 1 cup of warm water while mixing until a dough forms. 3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes, then place it in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

Make the Sauce

1. In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. 2. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 3. Stir in 1 can (15 oz) of tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of sugar. 4. Allow it to simmer for about 15 minutes, then remove from heat.

Assemble the Pizza

Transfer the dough to the pan and spread a layer of the prepared tomato sauce over the base. 4. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. 5.
