Pasta With Tuna And Zucchini Recipe

1. Gather Ingredients

- 200g pasta (any kind you prefer) - 1 can tuna in olive oil - 2 medium zucchini, sliced into thin rounds - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 small onion, finely chopped - 2 tbsp olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish - Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

2. Cook Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. Prepare the Zucchini and Tuna

While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant and the onion is translucent. Add the sliced zucchini and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
