  • lamb (50g)
  • carrots (30g)
  • onions (20g)
  • vegetable oil (10g)
  • cucumber (50g)
  • tomato (50g)
  • scallions (10g)

Plov Preparation

1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. 2. Add diced onions and carrots, sautรฉ until golden brown. 3. Add cubed meat (beef or lamb) and cook until browned. 4. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, cumin, and other preferred spices. 5. Rinse the rice and add it to the pot. 6. Pour in water to cover the rice by about an inch. 7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked and water is absorbed (about 20-25 minutes). 8. Fluff rice with a fork before serving.

Salad Preparation

1. In a large bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and bell peppers. 2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. Toss gently to combine.
