Cooking the Rice

1. Rinse 150-200 grams of white rice until the water runs clear to remove excess starch. 2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the rinsed rice. 3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed. 4. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and set aside to cool slightly.

Preparing the Chicken

1. Dice 100-150 grams of chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. 2. Season the chicken pieces with a pinch of salt and pepper. 3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken pieces until cooked through and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Remove from heat and let cool.

Boiling the Egg
