Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces - 2 cups of rice - 4 cups of water or chicken broth - 1 onion, finely chopped - 2 garlic cloves, minced - 1 bell pepper, diced - 2 tablespoons of olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste - Optional: spices (such as paprika, curry powder, turmeric) or herbs (such as parsley, cilantro) for additional flavor
Instructions
1. In a large skillet or saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
