- 200 grams fresh squid, cleaned and sliced - 1 ripe avocado, diced - 2 stalks of celery, chopped - 1 large carrot, grated - 1 tablespoon olive oil - Juice of 1 lemon - Salt and pepper to taste

1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the squid for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large bowl, combine the avocado, celery, and grated carrot. 3.
