  • boiled eggs (100g)
  • sausage or salami (40g)

🍳 How to cook (1 serving):

Cooking Time: 20-25 minutesPreperation Time: 40 minutes

Cooking the Rice

1. Rinse 150-200 grams of white rice under cold water until the water runs clear. 2. Add the rice to a pot with a 2:1 water to rice ratio. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer, cover, and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes.

Preparing the Potatoes

1. Wash 150-200 grams of potatoes thoroughly. 2. Place the potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water. 3. Bring the water to a boil and then simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Drain and allow to cool slightly before peeling.

Boiling the Eggs

1. Place 2 eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. 2. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 9-12 minutes for hard-boiled eggs. 3. Drain the hot water and immediately run cold water over the eggs to stop them from cooking further. Peel the eggs once they are cool enough to handle.

Preparing the Sausage or Salami

1. Slice 30-50 grams of sausage or salami into thin pieces. 2. If preferred, lightly pan-fry the slices in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until slightly crisped. Alternatively, you can serve it cold.
