🍳 How to cook (2 servings):
Prepare the Salmon
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook until the skin is crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness.
Cook the Spinach Fettuccine
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spinach fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet used for the salmon, add a bit more olive oil, the minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Add cream and simmer until the sauce begins to thicken. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
Combine and Serve
Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce, then top with the cooked salmon. Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or dill and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
