  • sugar (15g)
  • water (50g)

Prepare the Strawberries

Wash and hull 4 cups of fresh strawberries. Cut them into halves or quarters if they are large.

Blend the Ingredients

In a blender, combine the strawberries, 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of low-fat yogurt. Blend until smooth.

Chill the Soup

Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until well chilled.
