Prepare the Crust

1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt. 3. Add 1/2 cup of cold butter, cut into small pieces, and mix until the dough comes together. 4. Press the dough evenly into a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom. 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. 6. Let the crust cool completely.

Make the Filling

1. In a bowl, beat 8 ounces of cream cheese until smooth. 2. Add 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and mix until combined. 3. In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. 4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. 5. Spread the filling evenly into the cooled tart crust.

Top with Strawberries

1. Slice 1 pound of fresh strawberries. 2. Arrange the strawberry slices in a circular pattern on top of the filling. 3.
