- artichoke hearts (200g)
- ground meat (100g)
- olive oil (20g)
- onion (50g)
- tomato paste (30g)
- herbs and spices (10g)
🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Prepare the Artichokes
Trim the tops off the artichokes and remove the tough outer leaves. Cut the artichokes in half and scoop out the fuzzy choke in the center. Rub the cut surfaces with lemon to prevent browning.
Prepare the Stuffing
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and mix until the stuffing holds together when pressed.
Stuff the Artichokes
Gently open the artichoke halves and fill the centers with the stuffing mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Cook the Stuffed Artichokes
