- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined - 2 tbsp olive oil - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 1/4 cup white wine - 1/2 cup chicken broth - 1/4 cup heavy cream - 1 lemon, juiced - Salt and pepper, to taste - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. 3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside. 4. Pour the white wine into the skillet, stirring to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom. 5. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and lemon juice to the skillet. Stir to combine and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. 6. Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
