  • salmon (100g)
  • cream (100g)
  • parmesan cheese (50g)
  • butter (20g)
  • garlic (5g)
  • olive oil (10g)
  • salt (5g)
  • pepper (3g)

Step 1

Begin by preparing the fish filling for the tortellini. Use a mix of white fish and season it with salt, pepper, and herbs of your choice.

Step 2

Prepare the tortellini dough and roll it out thin. Cut the dough into small squares and place a small amount of the fish filling in the center of each square. Fold the dough over to form tortellini shapes.

Step 3

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the tortellini until they float to the top, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 4

In a large saucepan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant. Then, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Step 5

Add the cooked tortellini to the saucepan and gently stir to coat them in the creamy sauce. Add cooked salmon chunks and stir to combine.
