Vegetable Stew

Add 2 chopped carrots, 2 chopped celery stalks, 1 diced zucchini, and 1 diced bell pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes. 4. Add 1 can of diced tomatoes, 4 cups of vegetable broth, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, salt and pepper to taste. 5.
