Prepare Ingredients

1. Ripe avocado 2. Bread slices 3. Salt and pepper 4. Lemon juice 5. Optional toppings: cherry tomatoes, radish slices, poached egg, chili flakes, etc.

Toast the Bread

1. Place the slices of bread in a toaster or under a grill until golden and crispy.

Mash the Avocado
