- pancake batter (flour, eggs, milk, baking powder, sugar, salt) (150g)
- ripe banana slices (60g)
- chocolate spread (30g)
- maple syrup or caramel syrup (20g)
- whipped cream (20g)
- strawberry or fruit jam (15g)
🍳 How to cook (2 servings):
Prepare Pancake Batter
In a large bowl, combine about 150g of pancake batter mix (which includes flour, eggs, milk, baking powder, sugar, salt). Whisk until smooth with no lumps.
Cook Pancakes
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip. Add ripe banana slices on top of the pancake while the second side is cooking.
Assemble
