🍳 How to cook (1 serving):
Prepare the Eggs
Take the desired number of eggs and gently place them in a saucepan. Ensure the eggs are in a single layer and not stacked on top of each other.
Add Water
Fill the saucepan with cold water until the eggs are covered by about an inch of water.
Boil the Water
Place the saucepan on the stove over high heat and bring the water to a rolling boil.
Cook the Eggs
Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat and cover the pan. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 9-12 minutes, depending on your desired level of doneness (9 minutes for medium and 12 minutes for hard-boiled).
Cool the Eggs
Drain the hot water and immediately transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for at least 5 minutes. This will stop the cooking process and make them easier to peel.
