- grilled chicken breast (100g)

🍳 How to cook (1 serving):
Brown Rice Preparation
1. Rinse 150 grams of brown rice under cold water until the water runs clear. 2. Combine the rinsed rice with 300ml of water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer. Cover and cook for about 45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork before serving.
Grilled Chicken breast
