  • coffee (10g)
  • flour (120g)
  • butter (60g)
  • sugar (15g)
  • yeast (10g)
  • salt (5g)

Cappuccino

1. Brew a shot of espresso. 2. Froth milk until it is double in volume. 3. Pour the frothed milk over the espresso. 4. Optionally, sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon.

Croissants

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Roll out the croissant dough and cut into triangular shapes. 3. Roll each triangle from the wider end to the tip to form a crescent shape. 4. Place the croissants on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes. 5. Brush with egg wash for a shiny finish. 6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
