- potatoes (50g)
- carrots (50g)
- onions (30g)

🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
Chop 1.5 pounds of chicken into bite-sized pieces. Dice 2 carrots, 2 celery stalks, and 1 onion. Mince 2 cloves of garlic.
Step 2: Sauté Vegetables
In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until the vegetables begin to soften, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Step 3: Brown the Chicken
Add the chicken pieces to the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned on all sides.
Step 4: Simmer the Stew
Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of diced tomatoes. Add 1 teaspoon of dried thyme and 1 bay leaf. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 45 minutes until the chicken is tender.
Step 5: Add Final Touches
Remove the bay leaf. Stir in 1 cup of frozen peas and cook for another 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
