- pasta (150g)
- chicken breast (100g)
- carrots (30g)
- cream or creamy sauce (40g)
- cooking oil or butter (10g)
- salt (1g)
- pepper (0.5g)
🍳 How to cook (2 servings):
Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all your ingredients. Thinly slice 100g of chicken breast, dice 30g of carrots, and measure out the remaining ingredients: 150g of pasta, 30-50g of cream or creamy sauce, 10g of cooking oil or butter, and the necessary salt, pepper, and herbs/spices of your choice.
Cook the Pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Pan-Fry the Chicken
Heat the oil or butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken slices and cook until they're golden brown and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Cook the Carrots & Prepare the Sauce
