  • chicken drumsticks (200g)
  • lentils (150g)
  • carrots (100g)
  • sauerkraut (50g)
  • cream cheese or similar (30g)

Cooking Time: 45 minutesPreperation Time: 15 minutes

Baked Chicken Drumsticks

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season your chicken drumsticks with your choice of seasonings. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the juice runs clear when poked with a fork.

Hearty Lentils

1. Rinse the lentils under cold water. 2. In a saucepan, bring water (enough to cover the lentils) to a boil. Add the lentils and a pinch of salt. 3. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until tender. Drain the excess water.

Roasted Carrots

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Peel and chop the carrots into batons. Toss them with a small amount of oil and seasonings. 3. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes, until soft and slightly caramelized.

Sauerkraut & Cheese
