🍳 How to cook (1 serving):
Ingredients
2 large eggs, 1 cup fresh spinach, 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, 1/2 avocado, sliced, 1 tbsp olive oil, Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 1: Preparation
Wash and slice the mushrooms. Wash the spinach and let it drain. Slice the avocado.
Step 2: Cook the Vegetables
