- fresh dill (5g)

🍳 How to cook (1 serving):
Grilled or Fried Pork
Start by seasoning the pork (around 100g) with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices. For grilling, preheat the grill to a medium-high temperature and grill the pork for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it's fully cooked and has a nice char. If frying, heat a pan over medium-high heat, add some oil, and fry the pork for about 5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
Mashed Potatoes
Peel and cube potatoes (around 200g) and boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter or milk/cream (10-30g for butter or 50-100 mL for milk/cream) and a pinch of salt, then mash until smooth and creamy. Adjust the seasoning according to taste.
Cucumber Salad
Thinly slice the cucumber (around 100g) and optionally, some onions (10-20g). In a bowl, mix oil (5-10g), vinegar (5-15mL), chopped fresh dill (around 5g), and a pinch of salt to make the dressing. Combine the cucumber (and onions) with the dressing and let it sit for a few minutes to marinate before serving.
