Grilled or Fried Pork

Start by seasoning the pork (around 100g) with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices. For grilling, preheat the grill to a medium-high temperature and grill the pork for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it's fully cooked and has a nice char. If frying, heat a pan over medium-high heat, add some oil, and fry the pork for about 5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.

Mashed Potatoes

Peel and cube potatoes (around 200g) and boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
