Step 1

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and beat well.

Step 2

Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until melted and foamy.

Step 3

Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and cook for a minute without stirring.

Step 4

Sprinkle the chopped ham, grated cheese, and 30 grams of bread evenly over one half of the omelette.

Step 5

Fold the other half of the omelette over the filling and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the eggs are fully cooked.

Step 6

Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
