- hard-boiled eggs (100g)
- cucumber (sliced) (50g)
- whole wheat bread (50g)

Preparing the Buckwheat
1. Rinse 100-150 grams of buckwheat under cold water until the water runs clear. 2. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the rinsed buckwheat, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. 3. Once cooked, fluff the buckwheat with a fork and set aside to cool slightly.
Boiling the Eggs
1. Place 2 eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water by 1 inch. 2. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat, then cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 9-12 minutes, depending on your desired level of doneness. 3. Drain and rinse the eggs under cold running water to stop the cooking process. Peel the eggs and set aside.
Preparing the Cucumber and Bread
