Preparing the Ingredients

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the potatoes. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool. Once cooled, cut into bite-sized pieces. 2. While the potatoes are boiling, boil eggs in a separate pot for about 9-10 minutes for hard-boiled eggs. Cool them under cold running water, peel, and then cut into quarters. 3. Wash the cucumber and slice thinly. Wash and finely chop the fresh parsley. Set these aside for garnishing the dish later.

Cooking the Ground Beef

1. In a pan over medium heat, sauté the ground beef until it's fully cooked and no pink remains, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat. 2. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you prefer. Mix well to ensure even seasoning. 3. Remove the beef from the heat and set aside to cool slightly.

Assembling the Dish

1. In a serving dish, arrange the cooked potatoes as the first layer. 2. Add the cooked ground beef on top of the potatoes. 3. Arrange the quartered hard-boiled eggs around the beef. 4. Scatter the cucumber slices and chopped parsley over the top. 5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving. Serve the dish warm or at room temperature.
