- espresso (30g)

Latte
1. Brew a shot of espresso. 2. Steam milk until it's hot and frothy. 3. Pour the espresso into a cup and add the steamed milk, holding back the froth with a spoon. 4. Top with a layer of milk froth and serve immediately.
Chocolate Muffin
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 and 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup (50g) cocoa powder, 1 cup (200g) sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt. 3. In a separate bowl, mix 2 large eggs, 1 cup (240ml) buttermilk, 1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil, and 2 tsp vanilla extract until combined. 4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not overmix. 5. Fold in 1 cup (175g) chocolate chips. 6. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full. 7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 8. Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
