- water (90g)
- yeast (5g)
- salt (2g)
- poppy seeds (10g)

Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, dissolve 2 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast in 1 1/2 cups of warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. Gradually mix in 4 cups of all-purpose flour to form a dough.
Knead the Dough
