  • carrots (50g)
  • onions (30g)
  • rice or other grain (30g)
  • beef or chicken broth (300g)
  • seasoning (5g)
  • oil or fat for cooking (10g)

Preparation of Meatballs

Combine 120 grams of ground meat with finely chopped onions, salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. Add in 30 grams of rice or another preferred grain to the mix. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.

Cooking the Vegetables

In a large pot, heat around 10 grams of oil or fat over medium heat. Add diced potatoes (approximately 100 grams), sliced carrots (approximately 50 grams), and any additional diced onions. Cook until the vegetables start to soften, stirring occasionally.

Making the Soup

Add the prepared meatballs to the pot with the vegetables. Pour in 300 ml of beef or chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. Serve hot.
