Ingredients
- 500g ground beef - 1 onion, finely chopped - 2 garlic cloves, minced - 1 egg - 3 tbsp bread crumbs - Salt and pepper to taste - 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped - 2 tbsp olive oil - Mixed salad greens - 1 cucumber, sliced - 1 tomato, sliced - Salad dressing of choice
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (392Β°F). 2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and form into meatballs. 3. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. 4. Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the chopped potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain. 5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. 6. In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, sliced cucumber, and tomato. Toss with your favorite dressing. 7. Serve the meatballs hot with the crispy potatoes and salad on the side.
