Salad
1. Start with a base of mixed greens, such as spinach, arugula, and lettuce. 2. Add cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions. 3. Toss in crumbled feta cheese and sliced olives. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Toss well and serve chilled.
Syrniki
1. In a bowl, combine 500g of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt. 2. Mix everything together until a dough forms. 3.
