Omelette

1. Beat 2-3 eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. 2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil. 3. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and cook until the edges start to set. 4. Gently lift the edges with a spatula and tilt the skillet to allow the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges. 5.
