- chicken breast (150g)
- spinach (50g)
- mashed potatoes (200g)
🍳 How to cook (2 servings):
Prepare the Ingredients
1. Wash and pat dry 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2. Wash and trim 2 cups of fresh spinach. 3. Peel and chop 4 medium-sized potatoes.
Cook the Chicken
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs or spices. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Cook the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
1. Place the chopped potatoes in a pot of salted water. 2. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes. 3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. 4. Add 1/2 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, salt, and pepper to taste. 5. Mash until smooth and creamy.
Wilt the Spinach
