- milk (240g)
- egg (50g)
- butter (30g)
- baking powder (10g)
- sugar (25g)
- salt (1g)
🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix 1 cup of milk, 1 large egg, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
