  • eggs (50g)
  • sugar (12g)
  • baking powder (6g)
  • butter (14g)

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Step 2

In another bowl, beat 1 egg and then add 1 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of melted butter, whisking to combine.

Step 3

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; it's okay if there are a few lumps.
