- breadcrumbs (12g)
- egg (50g)
- onion (15g)
- garlic (1.5g)

- beetroot (175g)
- vegetable oil or mayonnaise (7.5g)

π³ How to cook (2 servings):
Mashed Potatoes
1. Peel and boil approximately 200g of potatoes until tender. 2. Mash the boiled potatoes with 20-30g of butter or cream, 30-50ml of milk, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
Meatball
1. In a bowl, mix 100-150g of ground meat (beef, pork, or chicken) with 10-15g of breadcrumbs, 1 egg, finely chopped onions (10-20g), 1-2 cloves of minced garlic, a pinch each of salt, pepper, and other desired spices. 2. Form into a ball and either fry with 10-15g of cooking oil until golden and cooked through, or bake in the oven at 200Β°C for about 20-25 minutes.
Grated Beetroot Salad
1. Peel and grate approximately 150-200g of beetroot. 2. Toss the grated beetroot with 5-10g of vegetable oil or mayonnaise, 5ml of vinegar, 5g of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Allow to marinate for a bit before serving.
